Loved that the property was right on the boardwalk and so convenient to the beach, ice cream shop and a few restaurants. For the price I expected better service. The bar service was slow, we had to reach out to waiters to start service. Our AC was broken, they came 3 times to service it but never called to check in and see if it was working. We have to continue to call. Once the room reached 77 I went down to request a different room and they were not going to move me until I put up a stink- then they found a room- we ended up having to move twice. I showed up for the free Thursday morning yoga on the roof top pool deck and the instructor never showed and no employees could tell me anything about it. My daughter went to use the gym and it was under construction- no one told us about this at check-in. They need more staff and better communication between staff. For the price we paid I wanted to relax and do nothing, instead I spent it tracking down staff and packing and unpacking as we moved rooms twice.
