“Este hotel en cualquier sitio es un 2 estrellas, malo. Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación 4 veces, en 2 días, en la primera nos dieron una cama full en lugar de king, porque no había disponibles, de ahí nos mandaron a la suite que estaba sin luz, y finalmente nos dieron una como cama king a la que se le estropeó el aire acondicionado al día siguiente, y tuvimos que cambiar de nuevo. Había pelos en el baño de la última habitación, el aire acondicionado suena como un submarino y cuando lo abrimos a……

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The rooms are tiny, nothing like the pictures not even close. You have to shimmy your way in the toilet/bathroom area and then try to close the door to shimmy your way around the toilet to get in the shower. It’s so small there is only a half of a shower enclosure so all the water spills out to the toilet and thus the outer door has water damage which looks absolutely disgusting. The front desk staff is rude as hell. The bellman was pleasant……
