「Staffs are rude. Bathroom and Towels are not clean. 」

「I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.」

「The main desk clerk was rude, there was no pool on the hottest day of the year 4 th of July weekend nor was it disclosed to me when booking that the pool was out of order. By Expedia or the hotel. When trying to rebook no hotel was available due to holiday weekend.
