This is a cozy single room studio with the main living space measuring approximately 12'x9'. What it lacks in size it makes up for with modern finishes, great amenities and a fantastic location!
This small complex is completely renovated & includes access to an amazing shared pool and outdoor BBQ deck. The pool and BBQ deck are open daily from 9am to dusk.
In compliance with El Segundo's Short Term Rental ordinances this unit is available for stays of 31 days or more only. There will be no Transient Occupancy Tax applied to these reservations.
