“The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”

“We put my son up for the weekend there, so I wasn't the one using the room. It was fine great location in downtown Long Beach, near to the beach and groceries. I didn't like arriving with people smoking joints in the parking lot in their cars. I appreciate the no smoking policy, however. Would be nice to have a designated area outside, away from view--just wishful thinking.”
