"El lugar es muy bello y elegante. Se trata de un apartamento nuevo, moderno y bien equipado, ideal para una estadía cómoda y placentera. Todo funcionó perfectamente y la decoración está muy bien cuidada.
La única oportunidad de mejora sería prestar un poco más de atención a la limpieza de los cristales, para que la experiencia sea aún más impecable.

"The staff is the best I’ve ever experienced, they are always there and always very happy to do whatever it takes to make everything perfect and make your life easy, theyre awesome. The views from your room are beautiful and so is the beach, there was a seaweed problem in the ocean water sadly but with the pools, the great weather and views it really wasn’t too much of a problem. The rooms, pools, restaurants, bars, spa, and lobby are seriously top notch, very clean and built beautifully. The worst part was leaving at the end!"
"The property was nice and well decorated but not very clean. It had a lot of dust and one of the toilets was very dirty. And the floor had hair. When we leave the property we left everything very clean and organize. We even wash all the towels we used. When we arrived to the property the property manager Ms: Perla left us a paper that we had to sign with our credit card information. For any property damage. I was waiting to see her in person and meet her but she told me she was going to come two times and never arrived but we had a great communication throw the phone. After we left she send me a massage of 19 photos trying to charge me for supposedly stayed of towels that we never made, I found that not honest. When I text her before we left for her to please come so I can show her how great we were leaving the property and she was unable to come. For this reason I will never will rent with them no more or recommend to no one they try to get extra money charging for extra cleaning fees. Be careful if you rent this property they are not honest. "

"Our stay was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality from the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was absolutely perfect. The checkin process was smooth and the property manager was very responsive and always available to answer any questions of offer great recommendations. The house itself was absolutely stunning - beautifully maintained, very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, whether it was sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying the evening breeze. The perfect place for those looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and well managed getaway. We will definitely be returning! "
