「Nice hotel」

「Excepto que la sábana estaba un poco sucia, todo lo demás estaba bien. Me encontré con una habitación con un inodoro con mal olor y la recepción rápidamente me ayudó a cambiar de habitación.」

「It's very clean and tidy, and the staff respond to messages promptly. On the day I needed to change rooms,but I have to went to the hospital because I felt unwell, and the staff helped me change rooms. mucho gracias. Highly recommend this hotel.」

「the room is good, but not sure why the fridge temperature can not be adjusted and always stays cool-to-warm. The staff is very helpful and friendly.」

「Hotel is pretty nice, good location but after service is quite poor I have stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec and have settled the payment in advance. They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know) Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience 」

「Huge room, very clean, lots of amenities and super nice staff! I arrived at 7:30am from a long overnight trip, they allowed me to have breakfast and had the courtesy of providing early check in at around 10:30am, which I had not asked but I think I looked really tired. They truly went above and beyond and I am very grateful.」
