"The hotel was amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. Both restaurants at the hotel made wonderful food. We had breakfast daily, lunch once, and dinner once. We loved everything they made. The hotel is close to everything you want see or fo in Santa Barbara. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Excellent charming cottage in a well-located Montecito neighborhood. Our stay couldn't have been smoother and the host was very generous in making it more comfortable during an unseasonably hot time of the summer. The cottage had everything we needed and is the perfect getaway. Highly recommend it and hope to be back."

Montecito Casita Pequena!

"My husband and two small dogs just got back from a 2 night stay at the Casita for the 4th of July weekend. We were looking for a quiet dog friendly neighborhood to try to avoid the fireworks because our doggies are terrified of the noise every 4th of July. While we did hear some fireworks (it is close to the Village), it was still far better than what we expected in our neighborhood in LA. The Casita is a lovely place, beautifully decorated inside and just right for us. There is an outdoor area in a peaceful garden if you just want to enjoy sitting outside in the sun, and our dogs loved being there. The Casita was very clean and well stocked with all you need for a quick getaway. It is located very close to restaurants, galleries, and shopping. There is even a historic church down the block if you want to catch services on a Sunday during your stay. Anne Marie was very accommodating and booking, check in, and check out process was very easy. The only thing to plan for is that if you are over 6 ft like my husband you might find the bed slightly short, but there is a comfy long couch that will accommodate you otherwise. This is not enough of a problem as anything negative about our stay; rather, we've stayed at many Vrbo rentals in the area, and this is one of the exceptional ones! We really enjoyed being there and would definitely try to book again!"

"The property and location was perfect. 5 minute drive to some great shops and restaurants in Montecito and about 10 to 15 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara. The host was awesome. Gave us a great list of recommendations for things to do, places to eat, etc. We will stay here again on our next visit to Santa Barbara."
