"The stay was great. We were there for a week. Check in was easy and quick. The lobby doors are locked at 7 pm so you’ll need an access key card that’s given to you at check in. There’s a $10 charge if you don’t return that key. We opted not to use housekeeping the time we were there, I’m not able to speak to the service provided by them. We asked for additional toilet paper once and it was quickly sent to the room. The only small negative I had was that the toilets do not have a toilet cover....

"Club Quarters WTC is an excellent hotel, with well-designed compact rooms that make great use of space. Front desk staff are friendly, efficient & helpful particularly Marsha-Ann. Free good-quality coffee is available in the lounge area, a plus in an expensive city like New York. Location is excellent, close to subway stations & PATH to New Jersey. Highly recommended!"
