"Though the staff are individually great people, you can tell they are overworked; for example, the receptionist who was supposed to check me in left the premises to check in someone at another property of theirs, leaving me and another guest high and dry until the hotel's manager took over. Not a great look. The front door on the street has numerous (4 when I stayed) stop-work orders from the city for their construction activities. Again, not a good look. The room itself was very small even...
