「Honestly, the ROW NYC did not live up to my expectations. After reading so many positive reviews and seeing a lot of content online, I expected a much nicer hotel. The lobby, entrance, reception area, and restaurant are beautiful and definitely create a great first impression, but that is where the appeal ends. 「Very clean and nice environment and the house keeping service is excellent. This time I booked for 7 days for my trip. Usually the other hotel only give once house keeping. But this Hilton double tree almost give house keeping service everyday. And the airport shuttle is convenient if you take the shuttle to airport」
