"早機到。詢問能否提早入住時其中一位前台態度很差。 酒店那幾天有大型會議。非常擁擠。乘電梯要等10分鐘。 寄了快遞請酒店代收。包裹不知所終。員工也一直推卸責任。直到我退房那一天才找到但對我來說已經太晚了。"

"I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped."

"The staff throughout my stay were exceptionally warm and friendly. Although there are quite a few stairs leading to the room, a porter was available to assist with luggage. On the first night, the quilt and sheets had an unacceptable odor, but after I provided feedback, the team responded promptly and courteously by providing fresh bedding. That said, the room's sound insulation is fairly limited, and the bed frame itself tended to creak—travelers who are sensitive to noise may want to take note."
