"This was only the 2nd VRBO I have rented. My husband and I were looking for a place to watch the solar eclipse. We enjoyed this house. It has very nice decor and was well stocked. I was impressed that it even had a first aid kit, q-tips, and cotton balls. There were plenty of nice dishes and extra blankets. Easy check in and quiet neighborhood. The owner responsed quickly to questions prior to trip and followed up to make sure everything went well afterwards."

"Positives -Very comfortable bed -$8 Lyft ride to 6th St or South Congress -Very quiet neighborhood -Owner was very responsive and helpful -Kitchen has everything you need -Easy access with keypad Negatives -Parking spot is a little tight and on a pretty steep hill -Speed bumps throughout the neighborhood were annoying -No dresser in the bedroom so everything had to stay in suitcases -Shower door doesn't shut completely -Very small but perfect for two people"

"The place is in a great part of Austin and is a walkable distance to parks and grocery stores. It had everything I needed with lots of kitchen utensils. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. While there is some noise as it’s close to both a highway and train tracks, I work from home and had no issues. The host is super nice and her dog and cats were also friendly. Overall it was one of the best stays I’ve had!"
