"The grounds were immaculate. The staff very polite and friendly. Food in the buffet was excellent. Every dish was incredibly good!! Fruit was fresh and buffet staff were attentive. The specialty restaurants had great service but the food in each was disappointing. The room was cleaned daily but you could see that there were areas in the bathroom that looked as if it was damaged and patched up and those areas were not aesthetically pleasing. There were no wash cloths the entire five days. And the water pressure dropped severely in the middle of a shower several times a day. The pool closest to the water slides was cleaned daily but the water was not clean. I saw the staff trying to use a brush and sieve to remove the scum but it came right back. I think it emanated from the children playing in the sand and jumping into the pool. Finally the shows were entertaining but at times the dancers’ movements were sexually vulgar. Children should not be allowed at the adult shows."

"It was a comfortable stay. At 1st I was shocked that there was no AC in the front but once we turned on the AC units in both rooms it did cool down the place for our comfort. A plus was that there was coffee available for use and some other snacks that the host provided. I did have an issue with the shower not getting hot the 1st day but the host responded very quickly and had her handy man on site immediately. There was a switch on the wall across from the bathroom that needed to be turned on but after that hot water instantly. I appreciated the host allowing me to extend the checkout time an additional hour."
