"The room we stayed in was clean, just basic. We stayed at the budget inn and they make it very clear through the booking and on the lobby door of the budget inn that you checkin/out at the Thunderbird Inn next door. The rooms were basic and felt equal to the affordable price we paid. The pools were not open but it was a cold memorial day weekend trip. I got to bring my dog for only $25 for the whole 4 nights. "The staff were nice. It’s good they have 24hr check in. You have to check in at Thunderbird which is the motel/inn next to it but it’s just right beside the property. Good for the price especially if you would be put most of the day. Close to the port which is very convenient."
