「They got a special passageway to go both North and South, really convenient.」

「The hotel’s proximity to the train station and the availability of a microwave oven are positive aspects. However, the lighting in the room is inadequate, especially near the door. Furthermore, the dark-colored carpet makes the room appear even dimmer. The room’s price is quite high, likely due to the Cheltenham Festival.」

「Room 7 extractor fan not working. Both windows can’t be propped open. No mirror over desk so hairdryer cannot be plugged in near a mirror. Shower floods bathroom floor. All staff tried hard but were overstretched. At breakfast many things were only available if asked for. Evening meals not good value for money. This is not a 4 star hotel. 」

「Excellent staff. We were delayed by bad weather and arrived late, just as the chef told reception that he’d finished service. He immediately asked what we’d like to eat and prepared us a great dinner. The general manager and breakfast waitress were also very helpful and friendly. 」

「The building could do with a refurb. However our room although tired was clean. There was no lift to use but the staff were more than happy to carry our bags upstairs. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was good. 」

「Disappointing all round. Room tired and shabby, plus not thoroughly cleaned. Spa showing its age (eg not all pool jets working). 30 min spa massage was actually closer to 20 mins. Emailed final bill included a “optional” service charge that could not be declined I.e not optional. 」

「Large spacious room, very comfortable with great views of the village green. Lots of parking. Bathroom was spotless. Well stocked with tea, coffee and continental breakfast items (The Bell currently doesn’t offer a cooked breakfast). The pub restaurant was epic - fantastic menu with additional ‘specials’ and great desserts. Obviously popular with locals and repeat diners. The pub bar was friendly and a good range of ales on tap. Service was superb throughout and I’d recommend The Bell...

「The room is very basic and dark. The bed was very uncomfortable and some of the light switches were falling apart. Service was very poor and the spa was dirty and not maintained. 」

「从伦敦坐大巴上午到达酒店，由于下雨就在酒店大堂暂时休息。酒店人员很热情，房间整理好后立即提前给办理了入住手续并升级了房间。升级的房间太好了，大床，大房间，大浴室。虽然是9月，外面下雨刮风白天只有14度，房间暖气很给力！乡下很安静，交通很便利。餐饮很美味而且价格合理。非常适合自驾休闲度假。酒店有电水壶和usb接口。」
