“環境，房間都是很好的。 包早餐 是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。 覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！ 除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。”

“Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.”

“I was torn in choosing the number of stars concerning the location of the property. That said, I have to admit that the lady who lets it was truly amazing when we were completely lost on a really dark November evening with driving rain. Our journey had taken double the time it should have because of roadworks, closed roads, and VERY heave traffic, hence arriving after darkness fell. With the one way streets in Swindon, and not understanding the instructions, we honestly thought we would……

“This is a little gem to find - excellent accomadation and staff along with Quiet surroundings Food id second to none with a wide range for starters and main meal.Rooms are tastefully done with all the usual requirements and fresh milk is from a vacuum flask so its all fresh. Toilets are spotlessly clean and well laid out along with general condition is very good.Thank you and well done to all.”
