「Good」

「This was our favorite stay in Japan! The staff were the kindest and most helpful people. The room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. We stayed in the river suite (Jitoku) and the sound of the water was so peaceful. The room has an attached private shower/bath, toilet, and sink. There is an onsen available that is private (it can hold up to two people in the same group, you mark it as occupied when you are in there). We hope that the hotel can further improve their service by sending emails to customers 2 days before the booking about the hotel shuttle, so that the customers would know how to contact and arrange for shuttle bus to the hotel and where to wait for the shuttle to pick them up when they arrive at the bus stations, carrying heavy baggage.」

「The general hardware of the hotel is good. I dislike most is the confusing check-in and check-out time information I received from the hotel and Expedia. In the information I got from Expedia, both the check-in time 3 pm and 5 pm and check-out time 10 am and 11 am appeared. When my wife and I checked in at the hotel, the front desk indicated that the check-in time was 3 pm and check-out time was 11 am.
