「The Japanese restaurant is very good. The Hotel is very quiet and upscale. Most of the staff can speak English and are helpful when dealing with my issue on airline seat assignment.」

「We stay there seven days. The room is clean and big. All employees are friendly. Nabin helps us to change a room at the first day. The location is perfect, just 20 meters away from the MRT exit. The bed is Simons beauty rest. They offer Free snack and drink every evening.」

「距離大阪港車站很近，回去的路上都有便利商店很方便， 房間乾淨舒適，但有兩點我覺得可以在改善，1.枕頭過高會讓人不好睡。2.雖然有提供洗衣機，但卻不知道能晾在哪裡，這點就有些扣分」

「Our stay at Risonare was awful from start to finish. When we arrived they told us there would be a significant extra fee for our 1-year-old to stay with us (I was pretty sure we booked the reservation with a child included, but regardless, this is the only hotel out of 6 that we stayed at in Japan that charged extra for a child under 2 years old). The room was advertised as a 4-bed room but when we got to the room the 4th bed did not have sheets on it, and we were told there would be a charge...
