「The unit was smaller than I envisioned, but my real issue was the elevator in the high-rise. It really took forever and the elevators were always crowded. Stopping on so many floors to get to the 53rd floor. 」
「While we didn’t walk around the area (outside of Makati business district) transportation to desired shopping areas and airport were quick (we used Grab). Front desk and all employees were kind, informative, and hospitable. The room was spacious (family deluxe) with cleaning offered each day. Amenities such as laundry service (drop off in the morning; pick-up in the afternoon) and snacks at front desk for purchase were very reasonable and convenient. Two free waters per day was a helpful plus....

「This is my second time using this property and management is always professional, the suite is clean and cozy. Supermarket conveniently located on ground floor with amazing restaurants as well. I highly recommend」
「Everything is good unless the traffic. It’s on the end of Makati Avenue, always traffic. we need spend 10 mins more to wait grab cars. However, it is worth to stay here.」
"Laundry was not returned on the same day as expected and it took time to get them back during check out. I could not make international call directly from my room, it has to be via operator."
