「Absolutely lovely stay at The Lister Arms. Staff are amazing and the reason it's so good. They are helpful and friendly. The only very small downside is the cost. A little overpriced but otherwise beautiful. Couldn't really fault anything at all. The food was to die for.」

「Very clean property, great pub with a fantastic breakfast.」

「Brilliant stay and wonderful staff. Afternoon tea, evening meal and breakfast all were exceptional. I Would highly recommend this venue.」

「I didn't realise this was on a holiday park so maybe my bad there. I was picturing country pub. Lots of noise outside. Then an alarm went off at 3am for ages. The restaurant food wasn't great for the money... But great breakfast and lovely pool.」

「There weren't shops or much nearby. But i think the purpose of this lodge is that you get to see the countryside and visit the 3 peaks Yorkshire as it's the closet by 27 mins drive. Plus it got a bath tub which is needed after a long hike.」

「The room was immaculate, staff were lovely and friendly and so helpful. The food was hot tasty and such good value for money. Will absolutely be back. Thank you for making us so welcome」

「Staff are not friendly !」

「Stay often, so it must be good」

「Restaurant is still good and well maintained but room and all the other areas really need to be renovated.」

「Wat een geweldige plek. Het hotel hoort bij een fantastisch restaurant en de kamers zijn van dezelfde hoge kwaliteit. De omgeving Yorkshire Dales is ook prachtig. Een mekka voor wandelen en fietsen」

「Immaculate, modern and very well equipped cottage in an excellent location - both for walking into Skipton and days out in the picturesque Yorkshire countryside. A very comfortable stay.」

「Beautiful location, very clean, friendly staff, delicious food. We will definitely visit again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!」

「Although the building could do with a little tlc in places, our room was large, clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent and bar food really good too. The bar area is fairly small and well used by locals but we did find a table both nights we were there. The biggest plus for us were the staff who are efficient and friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to return if in the area. It’s in a quiet area but there are plenty of walks and an ideal base for exploring other towns and sites.」

「Great choice for exploring Yorkshire Three Peaks & Settle to Carlisle Railway. Spacious, well-equipped cottage in quiet location with excellent accommodation for living and sleeping. Attractive small garden for relaxing after our days walking in heatwave conditions. Could not find any property information pack nor operate Bose music system. No instructions for used bedding or bins. Would it be too much trouble to provide one ~20p dishwasher tab per day?」
