「The property is located RIGHT NEXT to another property that was under construction! This was NOT disclosed when I booked my reservation! The area where the beach chairs, which was not the actual beach depicted in the photos, was within 50 feet of where outside construction was occurring. Which lasts from 7 AM to 7 PM! The day I arrived, the noise was that of nail guns and sawing. The next day, it was a welder, including sparks flying! Which is EXTREMELY dangerous to not only people but a HUGE...

「Picturesque location as an escape from the traffic and noise. Eclectic and artsy lodging created by free spirits over time. Some might say quirky. Accommodation was not modern which provided extra charm. Comfortable for just me to get away, but close to beach and city and its offerings. Hosts responded quickly and provided great directions to off beaten path. I would stay here again when I have more time to hike and explore (nearby state park). Thanks so much.」

Parking can be stressful so once I parked, I didn’t want to move my car. There are only 7 spots so it’s first come first serve. Street parking ver difficult.」

「The place was exactly as advertised and we could not be happier with our unit and time there. Clean, well appointed and built with top quality. I would love to return! The only advice I could share is to put room numbers on the outside of the units...it was hard to locate what unit we were in..we just had to try to find the unlocked unit. We met two other guest that were there that said the same.....just a trial an error to find one that was unlocked. 」

「What a beautiful property! We stayed in Suite 6 which was closest to the beach. We enjoyed watching the dolphins in the morning. The Malibu pier was a short walk and multiple restaurants within walking distance. We don’t think we can live without the heated toilet seats! If you are looking for a place to stay in Malibu, this is the place.」
