“Having planned the trip for a family gathering, we found the property to be perfect. The grounds were exquisite, and the saltwater pool was a delight. With the available seating and space, we were able to accommodate sixteen people for charades. With Trader Joe's and an abundance of restaurants basically on the same block, everything we needed was within walking distance. “One of the reasons that I wanted to get this place was because of the backyard. But when we got there, it was dirty. The table and the chairs and the grill were filled with spiderwebs. There was no way I was going to use that. Also, it’s like a double property rental. There’s a house behind it and there’s a gate that separates the two houses. At one point, there was a man standing right outside of the kitchen window, which really freaked me out. The communication with the host was not terrible,……
