“I loved my stay at the Brae. It was the perfect place to get over jet lag as I embarked on a one-month vacation of the U.K. It’s a couple of miles outside of town, and the bus to downtown stops right in front of the house, which was perfect. Very comfortable for sleeping. Having a bath tub to soak in after a day full of walking was heaven. Graeme was an extremely welcoming and informative host. Definitely recommend t He Stay at the Brae.”

“A pousada fica a uns 20 minutos de ônibus da parte mais turística - “Royal mile” mas a parada de ônibus é do lado. Para quem vier do aeroporto recomendo ir até a estação de Edimburgo e pegar ônibus para a pousada. Ou uber também funciona. Com isso em vista, tive o melhor atendimento em hotel, todos os funcionários foram muito solicitos. A cama é confortável e o quarto agradável e silencioso 🙏”

“We really enjoyed our stay with Alan and Alison (and Mr Tom). The room was the perfect size for us, with a modern bathroom, plenty of closet space, and a comfy bed. The breakfast options worked well for us, with Alan cooking breakfast items as requested. Several buses stop almost at the front door of the property; it was straightforward to get almost anywhere in the city. There were several restaurants and grocery stores a 10-15 walk from the B&B (also accessible by bus). We’d happily stay there……

“Very clean, big room even compared to North American standards. Modern, quick lifts. An easy walk to the mile or bus ride. Would recommend hiring a car from waverly or the airport for luggage. Staff were kind and helpful. Great morning breakfast. ”

“We stayed in ‘Valentine’. The room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The decor was beautiful and perfectly complemented such a beautiful townhouse. The location was great to explore Leith with its many bars, restaurants and coffee shops, but also very convenient for the tram into Edinburgh centre. We will definitely be going back to 3 Johns Place.”
