As an appreciation, they gave us fresh towels hung at the door of our room with a thank-you gift to redeem at the front desk. I have never experienced this at any hotel. Usually, you have to ask for fresh towels. Here, they provided fresh towels daily if you opted out of getting your room cleaned. The location was right in the heart of the Kokusai Dori Shopping Street. It was a perfect location. Close to public transportation, shopping and restaurants. Great value."

"The hotel was extremely nice, especially for the price. My wife and I loved how spacious the room was and really enjoyed the layout. We stayed in a Comfort Room with double beds and a washing machine, which was very convenient. The only thing I wish the room had was a coffee maker. There was a hot water kettle and coffee cups, but surprisingly, no coffee or tea packets were provided. The air conditioning also did not get the room quite as cold as I would have liked, but it was still comfortable. The food and drinks at the hotel restaurant were also very good. Overall, we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel!"
