“Good ”

“Excellent hotel for family with dogs ! But the housekeepers needs to clean the rooms better , smells the dogs pee . They don’t a good job cleaning the floors . ”

“This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available.……

“Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them……

“Beautiful one bedroom rental. Great communication prior to check in with contactless, easy check in. I felt perfectly safe in the building. The apartment was roomy and spotless. Very clean, comfy bed, coffee maker and TV. Bathroom has a great showerhead. Kitchen is sparsely outfitted- not really equipped to cook but perfect for microwave reheating. There is a convenience store right next-door for anything you need. Will definitely stay here again. Great location. ”

“Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags).……

“It was cozy, plenty of parking, quiet, and safe with codes to get in each door. The directions are e mailed prompty 5 minutes before you can check in. The manager happened to be there when I got there and was nice. He directed me where to park and how to get in. I will stay here again.”
