Wonderful home!

We absolutely loved this home! The layout was perfect and the neighborhood was excellent! With having children and younger dogs, I was worried about being in a new location with new sounds and lots of new people. But the neighborhood was very quiet and calm. The house was very clean and the pool was well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Perfect home rental for a couple who want a lap pool and a pet

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was clean and functioning. Beds are comfortable. The couch in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The lap pool was wonderful. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated nicely. Lighting was dim.

What a great Deltona House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 3 weeks and then extended for another week because we enjoyed it so much. The house is as described and centrally located, with convenient access to grocery stores and restaurants. The pool is roughly 45'x12' and goes from 3' to 6' deep. This is an older, island original, Deltona-style home that has been nicely updated and remodeled. We brought our two goldens, and while it can get to be quite hot on Marco, they were able to comfortably walk in the morning and evening, and the travertine tile flooring throughout the entire house kept them cool during the day. Andrew at the management company was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. Check-in was simple, and we received text nudges on arrival and departure so we knew what to expect while staying at the house. Samoa Street is mostly full-time residents who are very nice and sociable. Adding this house to our list of places to stay while on Marco!

Marco Island Vacation Property Rentals - Disaster!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From day one, not happy with cleanliness, amenities, couch stained and dirty, I had to cover with a blanket once I washed the blanket! BLACK DOG HAIR, all over the house from inside the dryer to beds to floors, & kitchen counters! Dishes were not clean, knives were rusty.....new glassware and mugs still had price tags on them along with every piece of furniture, and decor in the house. So tacky!
