"House has everything you need plus a fenced in back yard which makes letting your dog out so easy. Heat and air work great. Slept so well in the very comfortable mattress. Very quiet neighborhood. Took my dog for a walk as wide streets have little traffic. Easy to get in touch with host or his assistant. Recommend this property."

"We had major plumbing issues shortly after we arrived on Friday, 1 person used the shower and it backed up into the toilets, we couldn’t flush the toilets and had to use a store’s bathroom for bowel movements. We had 10 of us. It was obviously an ongoing problem because there were signs in both bathrooms saying not to flush anything but toilet paper. "This was a fantastic property in a not fantastic neighborhood. The house was in incredible condition. They had amenities set up as if it were a hotel (there were mints on the pillows). I've never seen so many towels in my life. We were a family of 6, but I think each bathroom had enough towels that we could have hosted all of our extended family and everyone would have had a towel, haha! Jonathan was great and easy to work with. We just needed this place for a 1-night stay and would use it...

"I can't say enough how this host made it so easy for us to enjoy this property. The place is extremely clean, open and bright. While the neighborhood is in transition the attention to detail and security were very much appreciated. The location was key for us and centrally located. Hardwood floors and big open windows made the place inviting. We hope to stay here again next year if possible. I would give the host 10 stars if I could for their curtesy and professionalism."

"The property was very nice. I love the charm of older homes. We were going to Barber motorsports track and the house is about 20 minuets away so it worked out well. Laura reached out a couple times to see if there was anything we need. She also had a snack basket for us which was a nice touch. If I go back to Birmingham I would stay there again."
