「The room itself was nice, however; we had a weird experience where a woman standing in the corridor (not sure if she was staff as not wearing a uniform) watched me leave my room and then why I came back up (I only went to reception) I found her opening my door to my room, in which my younger sister was sleeping. When she saw me she stopped, closed the door and walked away. I was shocked and don't speak much french so I wasnt sure what to do and just left it - but looking back I should have...

「Chambre très spacieuse avec plusieurs commodités ( micro-onde, frigo, couverts et ustensiles, etc). Navette est un immense plus!! mais douche qui répand de l’eau partout dans la salle de bain, pas assez de rouleaux de papier de toilette, pas de sac poubelle de rechange, savon vaisselle, pas de kleenex. Sèche cheveux difficile à utiliser. Pas de lait en poudre ou autre pour le café à la chambre. On peut demander certains items à la réception si on en manque mais j’ai attendu 15-20 minutes chaque...

「We stayed at this hotel during our family trip and had a pleasant experience overall. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all of our questions. This made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. There is also a water station on the ground floor where guests can refill their bottles at any time, which was very convenient.
