Front desk staff and breakfast staff were great. Facjility is run down and felt unsafe. Hallway doors that won’t close for security. People hiding in the shadows. Best Western isn’t what it used to be.

They were bought by the Hilton so they changed something’s. Bar and restaurant are open now and were very nice. We had a wonderful stay at Jane’s cabin. It was clean and cozy and a great location for skiing at Kirkwood. The beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed to cook meals there. We will definitely be back!
