“I liked the thoughtfulness and generosity of the staff and their friendly interactions. I also appreciated the late check out because I overslept.”

“Amazing location on the beach, the staff were wonderful! We will be back & bring the family 👏”

“Beach location”

“Clean room, breakfast, beach view”

“My husband and I went back to the outrigger to celebrate our anniversary. We are very disappointed with the restaurant they cut their menu down to the bare minimum. The waitresses at the restaurant we’re totally rude. They didn’t say hi good morning thank you nothing. The lady in the little store where you could buy T-shirts. She was so friendly. I enjoyed her company while I shopped and shopped more. They will clean the room on day three only. The house keeping was very nice and always gives……

“Beach was 1 of kind room was good clean everything functional”

“Nice”

“Overall we had a wonderful stay as we visited on a family vacation with our 3 children. Staff were very friendly, pool was great, beautiful location! I will say though that the beds were horribly uncomfortable. My husband had to quite literally sleep on the couch cushions placed on the ground as the bed was extremely hard, shook constantly due to any movement. I slept on the bed with our baby and didn’t sleep well the entire week. This is the only issue we had as the matttess topper also was……

“The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping……

“We stayed here with our 15-month-old daughter and absolutely loved it! The rooms are nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast. The beach was small but beautiful and never crowded. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Clean room and breakfast was good!”

“I saw a scorpion on the floor of our room, the refrigerator make a lot noise and the room is very small.”
