「We loved the powerful air conditioning, it kept the room nice and cool, which was especially appreciated. The accommodation was perfect for two people, and the location was excellent, with everything within easy walking distance. Our only minor complaint was that the bathroom wasn’t very soundproof, so you could hear other guests flushing the toilet.」

「I booked a deluxe suite and was assigned to a room on 8/F. The layout is so odd that one cannot really enjoy the space as the sofa and desk are located in a corner at the back of the room. The bed is slightly bigger than a single bed. The worst is the wardrobe, which is very run down and the condition is comparable to that of a very old motel. On day 2, the room started to have strong cigarette smell and did not go away as the ventilation in the room is no good. After I complained the hotel...
