We will return to this hotel when travelling to London. A very welcoming hotel from reception, lounge, head Concierge Peter, doormen and cleaning staff. Everyone had a smile. great location for walking to venues and restaurants.
This was a reward for a Grandkid's graduation from college. The overall experience was fantastic. Staff service and service was fantastic.
We've stayed here before and will return
The property and location are second to none but it is the staff that make this place truly memorable. Just fantastic
Only wish I could afford to stay there more often but it was a wonderful treat.

Very attentive staff, very nice rooms and great location
* The hotel was in a peaceful location but still very convenient for getting around. The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast restaurant staff were especially kind.
Great location to walk or tube around the city. Perfect for the concert we saw in Hyde Park. Staff was extremely attentive, helpful, and professional throughout. Room was too small for three to stay comfortably but it worked. I would stay there again.
Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The bathrooms are a tight space and the breakfast area is very busy during peak hours which require a waiting queue.
Excellent property. The Renovated rooms were absolutely fabulous. Property is excellent and location cant get any better. Try not to book the classic room.
Location was clutch for a second time London tourist. My two and a half year old boy was made to feel like a Prince. Free cot. The breakfast buffet was wonderful too.
This was an amazing hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Easy to walk to Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. Taxis are easily accessible when needed. Big bus tour stop 1 is right up the street! Very clean, beautiful hotel!
