「Something happened where a guest made the sprinklers turn on above; the owner was so classy; he upgraded our room graciously. We would 100 percent recommend this place! Furthermore: The turtles are is season! About 60-75 days the green turtles eggs will hatch! This is the perfect place for that! We saw the tracks! This is a perfect place to get away with perfect restaurants all around. Everything is upgraded and the views where amazing!」

「The breakfast is very nice and delicious. The egg and sausage are tasty and better than the ones we had in Hyatt House. 」

「Great view! But the room and halls were so hot. Rooms smelled like onions. Another person staying in the hotel made a complaint and was told it was the new curtains. The floor in our room could have been cleaned better. We had so many moths and beetles in our room at night. My kids saw them coming out of the vents. Unfortunately, it was not worth the price paid.」

「The manager Brittany was amazing. My mom had a crown fall in the sink and we asked her to get the maintenance guy- she said that unfortunately they don’t come to work u til night time (it was 8a. When I approached her ). Within an hour she had called in the maintenance guy and he got u to sink and found the tooth !!!!!! This is above and beyond service we are very grateful and thankful she saved us thousands of dollars and it was very caring. She deserves a raise for sure In addition to...

「A code on the AC flashed and when we let ownership know there was a technician there within the hour:). A block from the beach was perfect. Back patio area could have been raked and cleaned up better but no big deal.」

「Let me tell you, you cannot be the bang for the buck! The rooms are no frill but exceptionally clean. The best I think is that the place is directly across the street from the beach and the hotels across the street are over 2 times the price and they don't include breakfast either. Highly recommend this place if you are coming to the barrier island just for the beach, you can't beat the price, and I have been living in the area for 6 years!」
