You and your families will absolutely fall in love with this beach house. From the moment you enter, Centenary delights with contrasting colours, unique beach decor, multi levels and unique architecture.
BEDROOMS: 4, sleeping up to 9
BATHROOMS: 2
PARKING: up to 4 vehicles
Min set nights from mid December to end of January. Min 2 nights, min 3 nights public holidays, long weekends and min 4 nights Easter.
Light filled living area with sensational vaulted ceilings, couch, chairs, TV, Wi-Fi, Foxtel, reverse cycle air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.
A well equipped spacious and newly renovated kitchen with modern appliances, pantry staples and plenty of cookware & crockery to prepare meals.
A dedicated dining area adjacent to the kitchen, to seat up to 9. A separate smaller casual living area that provides access to the expansive back decking area with fabulous BBQ facilities, outdoor table, chairs & sunshade umbrellas, outdoor shower. A large grassed and fully fenced and gated back yard for the kids to play that is fully fenced and gated.

Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, sleeping up to 2, with reverse cycle air-conditioning.
New ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
New family bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet.
New European laundry with washing machine and dryer.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 2 with a queen bed, sleeping up to 2, with reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Bedroom 3 with 2 bunk beds, sleeping up to 4, with reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Bedroom 4 with 1 single bed in a quaint loft, sleeping 1, with a TV and reverse cycle air-conditioning.
PETS
Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property is fenced and secure.
LINEN
This property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows.
You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and bathroom linen. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.
BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.
STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
