Great beach house which is very well set up

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was excellent for our family of 5, including adult children. There was plenty of room for separate groups in the 2 living areas and also the outdoor deck and fireplace. The rooms were spacious and light filled and well air-conditioned too. The kitchen had plenty of items for entertaining and quality products also. Overall I cold not fault this house and its terrific location

Extremely clean and well set up.

Stayed at the house for 10 days with adult and teenage children. The house was extremely clean and well set up. There was plenty of crockery, glasses and plates all of good quality, a toastie machine, rice cooker and also a vitamiser to make morning smoothies. The pantry was spotless with plenty of condiments. A great second TV room with surround sound as well as a desk. The central heating and cooling worked well and kept us cool on the hot nights that we had. A 10-15 minute walk to the front beach and Blairgowrie shops. I would not hesitate to recommend this property especially if you are looking for something extremely clean, modern and well set up.

Suitable for elderly and teenagers alike with all the mod cons and comforts of home. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
