This spacious and beautifully refurbished home features five bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space for families.

As soon as you enter, you'll be enchanted by the abundant natural light that fills the home. When you step outside, you'll discover a vast fenced yard that ensures endless enjoyment and relaxation for all.

This modern gem is conveniently situated just a short drive away from local schools, parks, shopping facilities, train stations, and offers easy M1 Freeway access.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas cooktop, standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle, etc.

Dining:
You'll find a 6-seater dining table along with a high chair for your convenience.

TERMS OF BOOKING
1. We do not accept any parties, celebrations, schoolies or large events due to strict council regulations at any of our properties.
2. Instant booking with no reviews please send request first.
3. No unregistered guests allowed. Please insert correct guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking.
4. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited after 10.00 pm and before 8.00 am)
5. Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies.
6. All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out.
7. Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out.
8. Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost damaged or not returned to the lock box.
9. On Sunday night, pull the council bins out to the natural strip kerbside.
10. To maintain a mature and responsible environment, we have set a minimum age requirements for bookings.
11. Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
12. Our self-check-in process is made easy using the coded key lock safe located near the front door. The code will be provided to you on check-in date prior to your arrival.
13. Nightly rates quoted are for short stays, special offer rates are available for longer stays by visiting the STAYAU website.
