Breathtaking bay views of Sorrento front beach through the historic Norfolk pines, this spectacular north-west facing balconied beachfront apartment sleeping 8-10 guests blends timeless coastal finishes of limewashed timber floorboards and floor to ceiling glass to capture an abundance of natural light with a flexible floor plan and excellent indoor/outdoor entertainment, offering the perfect beach lifestyle in the heart of Sorrento.

Enviously positioned within a short stroll to Sorrento Main Street shops and restaurants, the famous 'Baths' restaurant, Bay Trail leading to Sorrento Park, Sorrento Boat Ramp and accessible transport options including the Sorrento-Queenscliff Ferry within 50 metres. Entrance foyer to 1st floor entry with expansive open plan kitchen/meals informal sitting room leading to oversized north facing entertainer's terrace with BBQ and sun loungers to soak up the amazing view, looking towards Sorrento pier and across Port Phillip Bay, and internal courtyard atrium.

Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom & walk in robe, 2 further spacious bedrooms with built in robes, 4th bedroom/2nd living with double sofa bed as well as TV, desk and sitting space and its only balcony equipped with bar table and chairs , generous family bathroom with bath, separate full laundry, ducted heating and cooling throughout , as well as three secure undercover car parks. Features include Nespresso coffee machine, StarlinkWi-fi , as well as access to the communal indoor heated pool and spa in the complex.
NB. The open fire place is not to be used please.

Lovely apartment with beautiful view of the beach. Sits on top of a hotel which surprisingly wasn’t too loud. Easy walk to restaurants. Great amenities. Only downfall very uncomfortable lounge for the elderly looked great but way too low for us oldies.
