“Our first room was very dirty and disgusting upon check in. Very obvious the room was not cleaned. We found what looked like poop on the back of the bathroom door, pubic hair on the soap dish, and a fake nail on the floor in front of the sink. I went to the front desk, and the young man working was very helpful. He moved us to another room and walked it before turning in over to us, to make sure it was clean. Another thing was the carpets in the hallways. The carpet was very loose and a trip……

“The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property.The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay. “The hotel appears to be severely understaffed. Calls often went unanswered because one staff member seemed to be handling everything. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were helpful and did their best, but management needs to address the larger issues. The room description was inaccurate. We booked a room advertised with one king bed and two queen beds, but received one king and only one queen. Staff mentioned there is no room available with this configuration and description on external sites……

“Nice large clean upstairs apartment within walking distance of shopping and restaurants as well as campus. Off-street parking was a little tight for two (upstairs downstairs) apartments. The downstairs occupants could be noisy despite signs about evening quiet hours. Overall, we enjoyed having this centrally located apartment as our home base.”

“Enjoyed 6 days with my family at this apartment. The location is perfect as it is right across the street from Princeton. The apartment is pretty spacious. The main bedroom has a lot of natural light which is nice. The second bedroom is smaller but it works. The kitchen is stocked. What’s interesting is each room is on a different level. “The king bedroom bed was improperly built and when my fiance sat on the bed the right side collapsed and him and his bottled water fell to the floor. He was able to properly install the bed slats and clips otherwise we would have had to sleep in the double beds room on the second floor without adequate a/c.The single queen adjustable bed was soiled (stained) broken and had a foul odor to it.The single twin bedroom had a mattress that was a pop up cot - we didn’t use it for sleeping but checked……
