「My family and I stayed here and we thoroughly liked it. Excellent location right off the Grieg street walking bridge. Lots of shopping and restaurant options. The interior of the unit was very clean and safe and easy to get too. We appreciated the in unit washer/dryer to catch up on our laundry while on our trip. The check in process with the owners was simple and straight forward. Highly recommend. 」

「Nice and clean accommodations, people were very friendly, nice location and enjoyed the terrace with a drink. The room had no hooks to hang clothing, a towel or a toiletry bag. The electric shower was terrible, no water pressure and temperature was continuously changing, warm to cold. Otherwise enjoyed the stay.」

「The property was located about 10 minutes from train station-very convenient.
The room was small but very clean. Housekeeping came in daily.
The one concern was the hot water which very hot. Possibility of scalding if not careful.」

「I stayed in three different hostels for my first Scotland trip. This is the best one out of the three. Definitely I will return during my next visit to Inverness. This hostel was the only one that could accommodate my request for a lower bunk bed, which I greatly appreciated, as I needed to wake up in early morning.

「Staying at this hotel was like a roller coaster of service, and I just wanted to get away.
Breakfast: We were asked to pay an extra £18 per person, and we were told we could cancel it, but they forced it on us.
Cleaning: The "wet" towels were placed on the bed, but how do I use them? Biscuits were only replenished on the last day.
The cleaning standards varied from day to day, suggesting a problem with "standardized procedures" and "staff training."
They even unplugged our chargers and threw...
