“My preferred location in the North West. Rooms are nice, breakfast is fab. I’m not a fan of the reduced menu in the evening in favour of the small plates. Not a criticism, just an observation and my last stay I ate outside of the hotel on both nights. ”

“I can't speak highly enough of thi s hotel and bar. The owners were very friendly and helpful, the decor and comfort are excellent. We stayed in a family room, which is ,in fact, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. One room has a double bed, the other 2 singles. TV in both.Everything you could need is provided, and the bathroom is fabulous. Continental breakfast included too. We have already booked to return in a couple of months ”

“We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.”

“Nice and clean, everything you needed including a fan (it was very hot) shampoo and conditioner were really good. Most hotel shampoo’s make my hair dry. The ones provided didn’t do that. ”

“What a great little gem this place is, from the moment I walked in I felt relaxed! Itaçh, the host was there to greet you (though there is no reception) and once I’d filled in a form in the lounge I was shown to my room and he even carried my bag to my room. The whole place was very well presented and I truly enjoyed my short stay. And a great plus was the train station was a mere 5 minute walk from/to the hotel.”

“A very nice hotel. Stayed for 1 night in August. Friendly staff, good service. Hotel came with free continental breakfast which supplied an array of choices. Room clean with tea and coffee facilities. All in all a very pleasant stay.”
