Poorly managed
The place itself looks pretty nice, but issues cropped up very quickly. The unit walls are thin, and vents are shared with the unit behind this one. I woke up to smoke smells, as the unit behind me smoked. The manager coordinated for an ozone machine, but the other people still smoked to the point that my belongings started to smell like weed. Another person loudly played music right outside my bedroom window and the manager did nothing but remind them by phone of the noise policy. There needs to be hands on management especially for a unit like this that is right next to another. I also don’t see how shared vents is legal building structure. The AC unit also leaks and could use a cleaning. I asked them to please handle the noise issues going forward or I’d like a refund and received no response. They also would not let me extend my booking on the app and did Zelle instead. Overall another soulless management company in south Florida
