Only One Problem

We rented 2 rooms and one of the rooms master bathroom had no hot water. You staff responded to our inquiry and said someone would be out to look at it on the Saturday of our visit. However no one came and that bathroom had no hot water for the entire visit. Is there anything you can do to make that better for us now that we have departed,
