“very clean, the staff very caring, super close to the beach, which you can find everything + they offer the rent of 2bikes, borrow sunscreen, post-sun…. couldn’t be better!”
“This is the most terrible experience for me. The room is so small, dark and dirty. They don’t provide any parking space. I have to pay $50 for parking for overnight far away. I will not recommend to any person. ”
“Pretty good experience! The location is great and it contains personal beach which avoid crowded as in south beach. Is is clean and have beautiful scene. The service is also great! There are always help whenever needed!”
“The property itself was very nice. The room was basic and dated but we had an ocean front room, great view. Everything was in working order. The beach chairs left in the closet were not beach chairs but they worked. I would definitly stay here again and I recommend this property. we were very happy with this property.”
"terrible noise , wifi cannot work . asked staff to help to fix the wifi but they didn't want to help. didn't clear the room and even didn't change the towels"
"I know there are a lot of mosquitoes there. If I can burn some mosquitoes, I will give more. I know it is difficult. In addition, the door lock leading to the beach is broken. When I went out, the staff told me that I could come back if I had the room card. Later, I found that the room card could not be recognized. I wandered around for a long time and could not get back to the hotel. This experience was not good."
"This was the worst experience of my 5-day trip to Miami, and it was one of the most terrifying nights of my trip. The room was way too dark, even with all the lights on, it still felt dim. At 5 am, I was woken up by a loud, repetitive noise. It sounded like someone was using a key card to tap on a table or wall every 15 seconds. I wasn’t sure if it was done on purpose or not, but it scared me because the sound was so loud. I immediately called the front desk and told them that it sounded like someone was repeatedly inserting a key card or knocking something with it. I asked them to send someone to check, and they said they would send security up to take a look.
I waited for 30 minutes, but no one came. I called the front desk again, and they assured me that security would check it out. The noise continued during this entire time, about every 10 to 15 seconds for more than 40 minutes. My heart was racing, and I recorded the sound because I was so frightened. After my second call to the front desk, security finally came to my room. They rang the doorbell and asked what was wrong. I explained that someone seemed to be inserting a key card repeatedly in the next room. The security officer said they would check, and shortly after, the sound suddenly stopped while I was recording again. This scared me even more because I realized someone had been doing it on purpose and stopped when security arrived. After the security left, the sound stopped. I was truly terrified this night."
