“Staff was awesome and room was clean. Can't say enough about the staff. Very helpful. Room 120 however was next to the icemaker in the lall and the door is not sound proofed so heard the ice machine being run all night long and people loudly talking in the hall. Don't get room 120 for sure. Amenities however were lacking. Pool was cold and uncomfortable for swimming in. Hot tub only has a ladder so orhopedically challenged people like myself can't get in and out easily. So I opted to not use it……

“Coffee at the breakfast area was mediocre and served in the small cups like in the room so kind of a let down. The bed was not comfortable however the room and bathroom were very well kept and clean and those 2 things were important. Overall a good experience but we wouldn't give 5 stars unless perfection. Thank you. 😊”

“I had a very pleasant stay- the view from the room was spectacular across the west bay. the house is very cool, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was also top notch, eggs in a nest with coffee and bacon. Ted and Marie are fantastic hosts!”

“Expedia made my reservation but when I called hotel to ask a question they had no reservation in my name. My bank account was charged 108.90 but I never stayed. I'm beyond frustrated. Can't get hotel to answer calls or return calls. Can't get help from expedia. Ugh. Now I'm short one hundred plus bucks.”
