「Our hosts couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. The room was excellent, with a really comfortable bed, and spotless bathroom. The breakfast choices were plenty for everyone. The Full English being my choice and was excellent. Recommend to everyone.」

「I’ve stayed here many times. Rooms are clean, tidy and well looked after. The TV is very small though, so if you want to watch something, it could be a bit of a challenge. The hotel is in a safe countryside area. I like that there’s nothing else around, but others might prefer more nearby. Hot fresh breakfast is good, but the coffee isn’t great. I’d like to see more fruit and yoghurt options as I don’t eat a full breakfast. I’ll happily stay again. 」

「Had a very comfortable stay this weekend thank you. Staff were all very welcoming from the receptionists through to the cleaners and staff in the restaurant. Lovely food by the way, breakfast and dinner. Room was really comfortable, clean and fresh towels every day. We will defo be coming back as we all really liked Holmsfield Arms, beautiful surroundings too which really makes it, thank you. 」

「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. 」
