"This was my 2nd time staying at this condo and I will stay here many more times. It is very clean, smells great, the hosts always welcomes you with a few goodies to enjoy and they are very accommodating. The beds are extremely comfortable and it is so quiet at the condo complex. It was perfect get-a-way from my buddy and I and we caught a lot of walleye. Thank you for another great stay. Dave R"

"I think it’s great to see the renovation of downtown Sandusky. We used to be here often raising our family on the water. Only ding is it’s next to a public park that motorcycle traffic and revving of engines is very common and noisy if you expect quiet getaway. We expect to revisit as often as possible. 👍👍👏👏"

"I make frequent trips to the area for wildlife photography, this one for the Biggest Week. I have stayed at a variety of VRBOs located at the Green Cove Resort. This has been the best and most cleanly one yet. Check in is easy and the hosts have provided everything you could need from snacks and bottled water to keurig coffees, condiments, board games and more. Will definitely return for future trips if available!"

"Ideal location right on the lake. Short walk to the ferry to Cedar Point. Amazing workout room and outdoor pool. Easy walk to all of downtown Sandusky with amazing food and entertainment options. The condo was the best we have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Fun spirited with a totally working foosball coffee table, a throne in the corner, an arcade console upstairs and a bunch of board games. Perfect for family time together. "We could not have asked for a better place to stay for a great few days and to see the eclipse in totality. The open deck gave a beautiful view of the lake, and we walked out back to see the eclipse. The location is amazing, and we walked to downtown PC several times. Communication was excellent, and the condo has everything you could need for a stay."

"Stayed for a weekend baseball tournament and were wonderfully pleased with how clean, cosy, and ease of access to the place. What a great view of the bay. Had a great sunset skyline Fri and a great sunrise Sat! Can't wait to come back when the weather is nice to walk to all the neat shops nearby. Thank you for being a gracious host!"

"The island in general and the property in particular were great! Everyone on the island was extremely friendly and polite. Charles was extremely proactive about communication and responsive, the check in process was smooth and easy and the property managers provided plenty of detail about the logistics of getting to the property. I really felt like we went into the trip with both eyes wide open and somehow the property still exceeded expectations. Simply saying the property had a "lake view"...

"This one bedroom, one bathroom condo has an awesome view of Lake Erie out the back window. The condo is clean, comfortable, and cozy. The location is very convenient to Port Clinton and adjacent activities. We had an awesome time."

"Our condo was clean and cozy. The coffee shop on the island was top notch and everyone was friendly. The shuttle service wasn't real dependable but they do show up and do their best. I think it is more of a staffing issue. All in all, we enjoyed our weekend and would consider returning."

"The condo was clean and was a great place to stay if you are at Erie to fish. The condo was nice but nothing overly fancy. There was a nice dock to keep our boat overnight but no places to really hang out and enjoy the sights. We would stay again to go fishing."

"The condo was nicely furnished and also clean. The view was the absolute best part. You do have to walk by a very rowdy, loud crowd to get there but once you are back into the condo building it was quiet. Most places we rent normally have standard amenities such as soap, small samples of shampoo, coffee, sugar, small creamers…so we were surprised this condo did not. Also!!! IMPORTANT! 4 out of the 5 times we really needed a shuttle we could not get one. There is only ONE shuttle for Hazzards on...

"We accepted the fact that we booked this condo with nothing to do on this island. This particular condo was janky. The overall layout and view at this building is great. I paid a hefty cleaning fee to stay here too. The entire space smelled like undiluted cleaner when we walked in. But oddly, nothing was clean. We tried to air it out, but there were holes all over the screen to the balcony. So it was bugs all night or the smell. The towels reeked; like they were washed without soap and left in...

"This place was in a nice community, but the house was a dump. It was difficult to find and not very clean. There was a hole in the shower surround, the bikes were rusted, and there was a window and door that were obviously almost broken, upon arrival. The owners will charge you an arm and a leg if you don't take the trash out, place the used sheets on the floor, put dishes away, etc. We will not be staying at this vrbo again, but will be returning to Middle Bass Island."
