“They yard was horrible was told that could not be cut then he sends someone over when we are having a party with family of 14. Was so embarrassing to have to stop with our get together to move cars and listen to him mowing”

“Clean rooms. ”

“This stay is overpriced. The towels and linens have a musty smell. Host lies about distance to NYC (which I knew before booking but still is strange). Floor is uneven and I fell at night on it, which hurt my knee - not safe for children or elderly. Host price gouges.”

“This historic house has such charm. The wood floors were done beautifully, and the rooms were so cozy. Loved it!”

“By far my all time favorite VRBO. If I could buy this studio and move in, I would! Perfect place for solo or couple. Everything is within walking distance and Hilltop Reservation walking trails are a short drive. Excellent food options, close to shopping, and owners are the best hosts! This is my second stay and I will return again! Hosts thought of everything so you will have everything you need! Very comfortable!”

“Great stay, clean, good location”

“Plus: clean, location to beach, sofa bed actually comfortable (although no sheets that actually fit) Not so plus: front lawn not mowed, had hard time parking on the pad (I drove a Kia Sorento, no street parking), no hand towels, wash cloths, paper towels/kitchen towels (first thing went to Target to get what we needed), no games/books/magazines, designated office area—beat up desk sandwiched next to sofa, backyard not very private, just not a super welcoming vibe. Albeit, not the worst place……

“Fantastic host!”
