It went down a bit a few years ago but seems to have been spruced up recently. Change of ownership? (The tv in the room had seen better days with occasional unresponsive controls. “Very nice hotel right next to the pleasure beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and well maintained. Will stay again on another visit to Blackpool.”

“This guest house is extremely comfortable and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is delicious and each guest has their food cooked to order. The rooms are very spacious, and very well soundproofed, i didn't hear a thing from adjoining rooms.
