“The room was not cleaned unless we called and asked however everything about this hotel was fantastic! The staff was super helpful and so friendly! Now that I know to call for cleaning would stay again.”

“A unique place in a great spot. It was quiet and clean. Our room's A/C wasn't working, but we didn't find that out until 12 a.m. The On Tap bar attached to the hotel was nice, but the music was way too loud. When you can't hear the person next to you, it's a problem. I'm not sure why bars do this. No one likes it. Apart from those it's a great place. Street parking if you can find it. Valet for $40, or park one block down in a garage with hourly rates.”

“Right across from airport. Quite a few options for cafes. Hotel appears to be newly renovated as it smelled of fresh paint. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had some issues with our TV and immediately came up to the room to fix it. Hotel is not close to Riverwalk or downtown areas so will need to drive to them.”

“Facilities were very clean. Rooms are spacious. Staff was excellent. Although, I left too early for breakfast, they offer free breakfast from 6 to 9:30”

“Pool was closed for construction wasn’t aware of pool closer nothing alerted me of such issue booking with Expedia. Room was still not ready at check in.”

“I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”
